Roasted Red Pepper

seriously addicted to these right now!

Roasted red pepper sliced open (I roast mine in oven on broil 550 degrees for about 8-10 minutes, I like it with char)

Fried with just a little Pam, no butter or oil

+ Fried egg

Yukon Gold Potato

+ Yukon gold potato (microwaved for about 8 minutes) =  OH YUM!!!!

Bell Pepper, Potato, and Egg!
