Cheese Crackers

This is a simple appetizer to make, tastes fantastic, and looks elegant.

Grate a block of hard cheese like parmesan or Asiago. Place in piles on cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes till toasty and browned. Remove from sheet onto cooling rack quickly. Once cool serve. Can be used as a garnish, appetizer, or on a salad.

I also made the crackers with egg whites. The result was fluffier crisps, if something can be fluffy and crispy. Not necessarily better.
